Leads land in the diary
A website enquiry drops straight in, spam filtered out. No copying names off the phone at the end of the day.
Jobs, quotes, invoices and the chasing, off your kitchen table.
On the tools all week
The paper diary can't quote, bill or chase. So you work a second shift nobody pays for. JobDiary clocks in instead.
How it works
A website enquiry drops straight in, spam filtered out. No copying names off the phone at the end of the day.
Set a job's cycle once and the next visit books itself in, in route order, rolling the week forward when a day gets rained off.
Send a quote they accept on their phone, take payment through Stripe, and let the app nudge late payers at day 3, 7 and 14.
The round is set, the invoices are gone and the chasing runs on its own. The kitchen table goes back to being a kitchen table.
What it does
The rounds engine
Tell JobDiary a lawn is every two weeks and it drops the next cut into the diary the day you finish this one, in the right order for the van. Rain off a Tuesday and the day rolls forward, nothing lost. The round you carried in your head now carries itself.
From quote to paid
Build a quote off your own price book and send it. They accept on their phone with a tap, the invoice follows the day the job is done, and Stripe takes the card. If it goes unpaid, you do nothing. JobDiary asks for you, politely, at day 3, 7 and 14.
One flat price
The lads get one screen: today’s run in order, tap done, take a card, add a photo. Every one of them is included. Others charge per user. Your summer lad shouldn’t cost a second subscription.

JobDiary runs a real two-van grounds round in Co. Louth, and has since 2025. On day one, 472 jobs came off a paper diary and into the app. It has rebuilt the round, sent the invoices and chased the money for that business ever since. The features above are not a roadmap. They are how the round actually runs.
Questions
30 days free and no card. You send the form and your logins arrive by email, usually within one working day. Add your customers and their cycles, and the diary runs from there. A fortnightly round rebuilds itself twice inside that window, so you watch it run before you pay a cent. Cancel any time.
You do, and it is quicker than you fear: add a customer, set the job's cycle, and the routes and respawns build themselves from there. Rather hand it over? Add done-for-you setup for €99 once and your round arrives loaded from a photo of your paper diary - customers, cycles and route order in place.
One screen: today's run in order, tap done as they go, take a card, add a photo. No logins to remember and no training. The crew app is included, not a second subscription.
